My Setup
The tools I reach for most, split between the work I do for an employer and the things I build on my own time. This page is a work in progress.
Work
The setup I use for my day job.
Editor
For anything Java I reach for IntelliJ IDEA with Vim keybindings, so my hands never leave home row. For everything else it is Neovim, built up from my own kickstart config.
Command line
Warp is my terminal.
Hardware
A 14-inch MacBook Pro with the Apple M3 Max, fourteen cores, and 96 GB of memory, running macOS. I type on a Kinesis Advantage360, a split contoured board that keeps my wrists honest. The screen is a Samsung Odyssey G9 (49-inch), and all of it sits on a Secretlab Magnus Pro desk.
Services
The services I lean on for the day job are Salesforce owned, so I will leave the details there.
Personal
The setup I use for side projects and everything outside work.
Editor
Neovim all the way, running the same kickstart config I use at work.
Command line
An Arch Linux box driving Hyprland, with Ghostty as my terminal and Zsh as my shell.
Hardware
A desktop built on an Intel Core i7-10700K, eight cores and sixteen threads, with 128 GB of memory and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080, running Arch Linux on the 7.1.3 kernel. My keyboard here is a Razer BlackWidow V4 X. The monitor and desk are the same Samsung Odyssey G9 and Secretlab Magnus Pro I use for work.
Services
Still to be decided, once this site finds its home.
