• Led the metrics and telemetry effort for Enterprise Knowledge - instrumenting the pipeline end-to-end for ingestion health, rendering correctness, and usage.
• Now also contributing to new accelerator programs within Data360 and Enterprise Knowledge.

Zoomin Software - Full Stack Engineer

• Co-developed the Unified Knowledge connectors framework - Zoomin's leading project and the main contributor to the Salesforce acquisition. Built with Go (Mortar framework), gRPC, Postgres, and Temporal. Helped design APIs to meet Salesforce's scale standards: millions of requests, low latency, high availability.
• Maintained and expanded the company's leading product - a large React + Node.js application - and implemented/led new client projects for very large organizations.
• Led and participated in the development of major customer documentation sites, including: - docs.servicenow.com (ServiceNow) - docs.automationanywhere.com (Automation Anywhere) - docs-cybersec.thalesgroup.com (Thales, formerly Imperva) - documentation.avaya.com (Avaya) - docs.pingidentity.com (Ping Identity) - and others not publicly available.
• Led key company initiatives including Zoomin GPT and IPH (In-Product Help).
• Wrote new services from scratch using AWS Lambda (Node.js), SNS, SSM, and the Serverless framework.
