Zoomin: Documentation Platforms & In-Product Help
At Zoomin I led both individual customer documentation sites and the shared foundation they were built on. Public examples include docs.servicenow.com, docs.automationanywhere.com, docs-cybersec.thalesgroup.com (Thales, formerly Imperva), documentation.avaya.com, and docs.pingidentity.com.
The shared platform. I developed the baseline site template - the Node.js server-side rendering, the React hydration layer, and the CSS - that every customer site was built on, then implemented the individual sites on top of it.
In-Product Help (IPH). I led work on the embedded help widget - built with Preact and CSS, distributed as a small CDN-hosted script so it could drop into any product with minimal footprint.
First GPT service. I built the company's first GPT service - shipped very close to the initial ChatGPT announcement - and integrated it end-to-end with the documentation portals and IPH.
