Salesforce: Enterprise Knowledge Rendering
Enterprise Knowledge powered by Data Cloud lets organizations connect, harmonize, and activate their unstructured content - manuals, policies, knowledge articles, web pages - so Agentforce and Einstein can ground answers in it. Roughly 90% of enterprise data is unstructured; the hard part is turning it into something an AI can reliably retrieve and a person can trust.
I work on the renderer itself - the layer that turns harmonized content into faithful, viewable output inside the CRM, so a retrieved answer can be traced back to its source material rather than a stripped-down chunk.
I also lead the metrics and telemetry effort for Enterprise Knowledge: instrumenting the pipeline end-to-end so we can see ingestion health, rendering correctness, and usage, and act on regressions before customers feel them.
